  Our slushee/ popcorn combo was 10c more then 2 tickets!
  Then when we went to fill our cup with our choice of slushee, 9 flavours and only 1 was working and even that wasn't really great....very runny.
  2 other people in front of us had complained about it, the manager came over and gave us $1 back in change. We hadn't even said anything to anyone at this stage. When we did go to say something she didn't or couldn't even be bothered to listen to us. Asking a staff member if they were going to do a bag check whilst my partner was still talking to her.
  Downright rude!
  Your customer service, although i wouldn't even call it that is appalling.
  Step up!!
  We only went to the movies to get out of the heat of the day, but if this is how Erina Hoyts is all the time, we will stay in and watch Netflix or Stan.
  At least there's no bullshit with them.

  Buy tickets online before you get there, otherwise you'll be stuck in the longest queue and likely miss the movie! ExtremeScreen cinemas have reasonably comfy leather seats, but the older cinemas are just awful. Candy bar expensive and no prices listed on the menu boards is a bit suss.
